Employbridge is the nation’s largest industrial staffing provider, but we support most other industries. We place nearly 500,000 people in roles each year and have offices in 48 states. For more about Employbridge, visit the Who We Are page. 

We support the following industries: logistics manufacturing, transportation, contact centers, energy, hospitality, construction, and retail. We also have a professional hiring service that supports industries including legal, marketing, engineering, IT, and healthcare. 

We hire talent for project-based, contract, and contract-to-hire roles, and flex and gig positions. We also offer direct hire solutions. We offer jobs that are long-term or short-term with part-fime or full-time schedules. 

All Employbridge talent is classified as W-2, which means they are eligible for W-2 protections such as overtime pay and workers’ compensation coverage. They have the option to opt-in to health insurance coverage once they work their first shift. If you average 30 or more hours during the first four to six weeks, they are offered a comprehensive benefits plan on the 90th day.

Options include medical, dental, vision, term Life, and short-term disability insurance. Workers who apply through our Bluecrew platform may be eligible for additional benefits, including On Demand Pay, paid sick time, and our Bluecrew Rewards program. 
We find our talent through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, paid ads, hiring and networking events, walk-ins at our branches, referrals from other workers, and more. 
For most jobs, Employbridge pays weekly, on Fridays, for prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card. You can choose to directly deposit your pay through an automatic transfer with the card or use the card as an ATM/debit card or point-of-sale credit card. Certain rules apply. If you apply through the Bluecrew app, you have the option to receive a check by mail or direct deposit to your checking account.
