Hire Dynamics is hiring for Machine Operator/Sit-down Forklift Operator for immediate opportunities in Traveler's Rest, SC! As a Machine Operator/Sit-down Forklift Operator for Hire Dynamics, a typical day in the warehouse includes:
- Working with the Front-End operator to ensure fabric is coming off the line within proper product specifications and transporting fabric onto the next process within the plant.
- Support the Dyeing Department of fabric production through following proper policies and procedures
- Operate production fabric through washer ranges by following proper policies and procedures

Shift: Monday - Friday Rotating 12 hour shifts - 1 week on 1st 7am - 7pm, 1 week on 3rd 7pm-7am.
Pay: Over $1000 every week (before taxes)

Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED required.
- Related Experience:
1) Ability to read and write and follow directions
2) Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
3) Basic Math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
4) Ability to operate forklift and power tugger
5) Ability to learn how to use computer system (MES/SAP)
6) Good communication skills
7) Strong discipline
8) Ability to make adjustments to machine settings
9) Ability to recognize quality issues and make sound decisions based on tolerances
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) with whole numbers, and measurements for weight, volume, and distance
- Reliability: Demonstrated reliable work history
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality in all inspection tasks

You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card.
