Production Technicians
Now hiring Production Technicians for a medical product manufacturing company. This vital role involves setting up production machinery, installing dies, changing and cleaning molds, troubleshooting equipment, and performing maintenance to ensure quality and compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO 13485 standards.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: $17.25/hr.
- 2nd Shift: $17.75/hr.
- 3rd Shift: $18.50/hr.
Job Description: This position involves operating, maintaining, and inspecting equipment to ensure product quality, minimize scrap, and promote safety. Responsibilities include maintaining maintenance records, using precision instruments for inspections, interpreting engineering drawings, adhering to safety protocols, and transporting hazardous waste.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; technical certificate or equivalent experience a plus.
- 2-3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent preferred.
Ideal Candidates:
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Experience with setting up, operating and maintaining production equipment
Note: Set Up Techs are also known as: Mold Technicians, Process Technicians and Die Setters
