Position: Quality Control Inspector

Summary:
Join our team as a Quality Control Inspector and play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance. You will conduct inspections, maintain documentation, and support manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements. Your expertise will help us investigate and resolve product quality issues, driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
- Product and Process Inspections: Conduct and document inspections on seats, monuments, and components during repair.
- Receiving Inspections: Inspect raw materials, parts, and components upon receipt.
- First Article Inspections: Inspect first articles to AS 9102 standards.
- In-Process Reporting: Prepare accurate and complete in-process inspection reports.
- Quality Documentation: Maintain comprehensive quality documentation.
- Serviceability Assessment: Identify the serviceability of parts, components, and appropriate tooling.
- Inspection Tools: Utilize inspection tools such as multi-meters, calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and bond meters.
- Measuring Devices: Employ various measuring devices and gauges.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret part documentation, including blueprints.
- Technical Proficiency: Be proficient with PCs, manufacturing software, and MS Office; utilize the internet effectively.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
