ATLANTA, Jan. 15, 2025 -- Employbridge, the largest industrial staffing company in the United States, announced today that Bill Ravenscroft, Chief Revenue Officer and Joanie Bily, President, Professional Services Division, were named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2025 “Staffing 100 North America” list. The annual ranking shines a spotlight on influential staffing leaders making impressive strides in the world of work.

Bill leads Employbridge’s revenue operations function, where his restructuring and subsequent transformation of the company’s strategic accounts team boosted retention and revenue from top accounts. With multiple C-suite roles in a career spanning nearly three decades, Bill has an influential perspective on the staffing industry and is a frequent SIA conference speaker. A former US Marine, he works to provide veterans with career opportunities and is heavily involved with military charitable organizations. Bill is an advisor to the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business.
Joanie serves as President of Employbridge’s Professional Services and Energy Divisions. She is an accomplished executive, author, and speaker with over 20 years’ experience in the staffing industry. A prominent authority on labor market data and workplace trends, Bily frequently presents findings from Employbridge’s Voice of the American Workforce program. Bily previously served as chair of the American Staffing Association and currently serves on its board of directors. Bily also sits on the board of Junior Achievement of Georgia and is passionate about inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy.
