Safety is at the forefront of our employee preparedness, and we work with you to prevent work-related illness and injuries. We start with our assessments, which help us confirm that our workers’ skills and experience match your requirements, including an understanding of pedestrian and operational safety. Our workers receive clear communication on safe working standards and your specific safety messaging. On large sites, we can provide a behavioral safety specialist who will observe our workers and can partner with you to design an even better safety program.
We do our due diligence to ensure our talent is ready to contribute when they arrive at your door. Our proprietary assessments identify aptitude and skills necessary for success. In some markets, we can confirm our workers’ skills on forklift equipment. We also use simulator technology where available. We’ve found our assessment results to be extremely accurate. In fact, 90% of our clients have said our employees were better qualified than those from other staffing providers.
We meet talent where they are with a multifaceted approach to recruiting. Our strong digital and social media presences make us highly visible online, but we’re also out in our communities with grassroot, “boots on the ground” efforts and events
Because of our reputation and focus on the light industrial market, we often attract candidates who are more qualified and experienced. When we start working with someone, we strive to get to know them in meaningful ways, with a clear understanding of their needs and priorities, so we can match them in jobs where they’ll thrive. In addition, we’re always looking for innovative ways to connect with talent using the methods they prefer, whether that’s online or in our branches.
Our assessments are reviewed and updated regularly so we are sure that our talent have the technology and skills they’ll need to be top performers.
We have a long history of supporting the logistics workforce with innovative skills development offerings. We offer upskilling opportunities, including free online classes through our Better Worklife Academy and Life Skills Studio.
