What energy-related professional services do you offer?

Is your proprietary, workforce Competency Assessment Solution available to a non-Decca workforce in the upstream oil and gas sector?

Yes. The Competency Assessment Solution, developed in cooperation with Aclaimant and ConocoPhillips, is used to assess both Decca and non-Decca workforce professionals across the upstream oil and gas industry. The solution provides transparency of technical, HSE, and leadership skills, and has been validated in the field by experienced validators. The solution is intended to transform and sustain the competency of the workforce in high-risk operations.
