Onboarding 1500+ workers solves workforce compliance concerns

Too many vendors led to confusion and inconsistency

Our global logistics client had 120 U.S. staffing vendors and plenty of challenges: rogue spending through local contracts, inconsistent service delivery, and noncompliance to standards for E-Verify and background checks. We simplified its staffing by selecting proven solutions for light-industrial clients.

ebMax put a Site Performance Manager (SPM) team at some of our client’s largest locations.

What we did

We created 100 unique solutions with proprietary tools and programs

With this client’s size and challenges, no single service offering was sufficient. We built programs for each unique location and integrated our solutions to leverage their effectiveness.

We aligned ebMax with our client's KPIs and used it to streamline onboarding, orientation, and attendance. It significantly improved retention and decreased turnover.

Our SPM team, internal benefits specialists, and dedicated project implementation manager mitigated about 600 workers from our client’s existing roster. Their work was completed in about 120 days and across more than 100 locations.

Our proprietary RequiStaff tool replaced our client’s costly vendor management system. We also replaced their timekeeping system with NOVAtime, which improved scheduling efficiency and compliance.

Our client’s locations were a 98% match to our network of more than 400 offices, which are strategically located near logistics hubs.
Our client has begun using Bluecrew to flex their daily workforce, reduce the amount of overtime on the weekend, and cover absenteeism.
