How it works

  • Proprietary assessments

Operators who pass our proprietary assessments will complete OSHA-compliant general knowledge training and pass a comprehensive knowledge check.

  • Skills checked on equipment

We also validate operators’ skills on equipment to confirm they are a match for your specific needs

  • Certified by you

Operators placed on assignment complete your certification process.

  • Simulated work environments

In some markets where we don’t have a validation center, we use virtual reality (VR) simulations to validate skills.

  • 25% of forklift accidents can be directly attributed to inadequate driver training - U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration
  • 98% of validated operators pass client certification process

I’ve never sent anyone from Employbridge home because they couldn’t operate the equipment.
