How do I register for Better Worklife Academy or Life Skills Studio courses?

It’s easy! Just log into your application and choose FREE ONLINE COURSES. Once there, you can view the Better Worklife Academy and Life Skills Studio course lists and descriptions. Next, click Enroll.

When am I eligible to access free learning?

Anyone with a brand application can enroll in Life Skill Studio courses! Once you reach 80 hours on assignment with us, you are eligible for Better Worklife Academy enrollment.

Will my access to Better Worklife Academy courses end when my assignment is over?

If you are enrolled in a course at the time a job assignment ends, you can finish it. You will continue to access it by logging in to the Employbridge website. Once you complete the course you are enrolled in, you will not have access to enroll in new courses until you begin a new job assignment.

Can I access courses if I'm on a modified duty assignment?

Yes. Please reach out to your branch manager and workers’ compensation representative for more information about enrollment.

Can I enroll in more than one course at a time?

You can take more than one Life Skills Studio course at a time. However, you can enroll in only one Better Worklife Academy course at a time.

Will my access to Life Skills Studio courses end when my assignment is over?

You'll have access to Life Skills Studio courses whether you're on or off assignment. You can access courses through your brand application.

Is Bluecrew talent eligible for Better Worklife and Life Skills Studio training and upskilling?

No. Talent must work a job with Employbridge to be eligible for our training and upskilling programs.
